- In the name of God, the merciful and beneficial
- The slave, of two noble and eminent masters, may God perpetuate their glory
- and make permanent their happiness and loftiness and doom their enemies,
- reports [to the presence] that he is a physician who was raised among the physicians in a hospital in Fusṭāṭ, and he
