Letter fragment in Judaeo-Arabic. Refers to something al-Majīdī, which might place this during the period of al-Ḥāfiẓ (1132–49). Then refers to "the life of" (could be an expression for swearing by) the head of the yeshiva (raʾs al-mathība) Rabbenu [Maṣliaḥ?]; refers to an agreement between the ruling of the Rabbanites and the Qar[aites]; then "all of them in the majlis al-ḥukm." Unfortunately no names or other identifying details are preserved. (Information in part from CUDL)
