Letter perhaps from [...] b. Yosef to Shemuʾel b. Shelomo he-Ḥaver. In Hebrew, in an elevated register. Long and poorly preserved. The sender praises a certain Yeshuʿa b. Yiṣḥaq, who it seems told him to write to the addressee and can vouch for him, and he continues with a description and praises of this person. He mentions at the end that he has written this letter in haste 'before the betrothed man' (? כי כתבי זה כתבתיו בנחץ לפני הארוס הנכבד). (Information in part from CUDL)
