Letter from Moshe b. Levi ha-Levi (identification based on handwriting). In Judaeo-Arabic. Refers to the remainder of the price of a female donkey; a request for a fatwā from 'adonenu'; somebody who took an oath not to pray 'behind me' (i.e., when Moshe is leading services); this was followed by great regret; continues to discuss oaths and cantors and a place where the is no other cantor; mentions Shemini ʿAṣeret; somebody planning to enter Cairo (אלקהרה); a request for a maqṭaʿ cloth from the clothier (al-bazzāz); greetings to Abū ʿAlī.
