Legal document. Record of court proceedings. The hand of the scribe is probably known. With an unusual opening formula (חצר אלי מושב בתי דינין instead of the standard חצר אלי מושב בית דין). Abū l-Dhakāʾ(?) Naḥrīr al-Tājir sues his nephew Abū l-Futūḥ Wahb for the 20 dinars that he had left with him by way of commenda (muḍāraba) before departing for al-Shām but which the nephew apparently did not put to use.
