Note by a man to his friend, saying that he is sending money with an enslaved woman to him to pay two people as well as some broken dirhams from which he may put together two dirhams. 8 dirhams are for Wafāʾ for something to do with a vendor (bayyāʿ), 6 1/8 dirhams for Wafāʾ for the Kohen Mukram for beef, plus the 2 dirhams, for a total of 16 1/8. Verso contains part of an unrelated account in Arabic script and Greek/Coptic numerals, with entries for the 20th of Shawwāl and the 25th of the same month.
