Description
Legal document. Deposition on cession of rights in the "Estate of the Jerusalemites," ca. 1160. The uncle of Bū Saʿīd Ibn al-Muqaddasī renounces his right in the "Estate of the Jerusalemites" in favour of his nephew. One additional witness was present. From same notebook as Bodl. (3-4) himself, that he has given his nephew, the said (A)bū Saʿīd,

the share which is his in the Estate of the Jerusalemites.

And (A)bū ʿAli al-Nāsikh was present.
